Glen Poole on the gender pay gap

There are few more shameful feminist narratives than the one about women earning less than men for the same work. It’s one of many feminist narratives which simply won’t die, despite there being precisely no evidence to support it. The Conservatives should be challenging the Labour party’s perpetuation of the lies, yet the Education Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities appears to be endorsing them. So we welcome an interesting new article on the subject from Glen Poole of Helping Men.

  1. Reblogged this on ¡Los españoles merecen saberlo, por la Paz y la verdadera Igualdad en España! and commented:

  2. The logic of their policy leads to two policies to even up the gap that appears after age 40.
The first is that Government insist part time workers are paid twice as much each hour in work so that their take home pay equals that of full time workers . Can’t see that winning many votes from all those full time workers .
The second is to ensure that all workers can only work full time ( and emulate Italy or Poland with such a low gap). Of course this is more or less the policy but it’s sort of fudged because so many mothers want to choose to work “family friendly” hours . Compulsary full time work not a big winner either.
So in order to conceal these two actual policy choices to achieve a life long employment and pay record in parallel with men . A load of complete nonsense is peddled about discrimination against women.
