SCOTLAND: Juryless rape trials plan could be modified

Appalling. Usual BBC feminist bias in the piece.

  1. It would be interesting to hear from the legal profession in Scotland on the issue of whether the proposal against the civilian population of men amounts to a criminal offence under the  International Criminal Court Act 2001.

  2. I guess the powers to be don’t really learn from a history of appaling abusive laws of human rights then..

    especially recently.

However, supporters believe the move could improve the low conviction rate in rape cases.

Or maybe common sense is so devoid with these people that they cant apply occam razors eg there are actually fewer rapes since even being accused( even falsely) causes so much lifetime damage that people won’t even risk it( unless of course you are a complete piece of work in that such a system wouldn’t make any difference). laws are supposed to be a deterrent to crime, not something you can weaponise to beat your targeted person because you had a bad day…

given very recent events of persecuted demographics , are the men of scotland going to be required to wear a green inverted triangle to signify their “crime” ??

    • Thanks Rob. The corrupt rape industry model of course depends on maintaining the myth that plenty of men are getting away with rape. That model provides paid “employment” for many otherwise unemployable women, almost all of them feminists.
