Almost a year ago I gave up drinking alcohol, with the help of Antabuse (disulfiram). I’ve detailed my journey to abstinence in a number of places, including on this website and another one I run, Men Stop Drinking. I support men trying to achieve long-term abstinence from alcohol, and charge them nothing.
About seven months ago I published a book I co-wrote with Paul Elam, a substance abuse counsellor for 30 years, ANTABUSE: The one-step program for alcohol abstinence. It’s available to buy in paperback and Kindle ebook editions from Amazon, and the ebook is available to read at no cost for subscribers to Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited. I thought it would be good to add an audiobook edition, and make it available to people at no cost, it’s here (1:57:48).
