I’ve just received an email from the mother of a son who is being abused by his ex-partner and the legal system in relation to his wish to see his two-year-old son. Sadly there are, of course, huge numbers of similar cases, and many such men cannot afford a solicitor. In such cases I refer men to Court Without a Lawyer, a Community Interest Company which helps men represent themselves in court. It’s run by Ray Barry, who stood as well as myself at the 2015 general election.
