Female, foreign and too fat to fight – how wokery is defeating the British Army – The Conservative Woman This chronicles the effects of “feminisation” on our armed forces. The process described is the same across our public services. The push to “inclusiveness” and safety erodes service ethos as well as drives down standards. Though its less dramatic in most public services, from the point of view that the dismal state of our armed forces actually is a danger to our very existence, the effects are the same in terms of public services that are obsessed with anything but the actual service they’re supposed to provide. The article mentions the RAF, where the obsession with achieving a quota of women meant they couldn’t recruit many men because so few women actually apply. Therefore few men can be recruited otherwise the female % will be far too low. In fact often whole recruitment cohorts were stopped for this reason, too many men. Thus we end up recruiting no body. Hence we end up with reliance on the Indian Air Force to train the few we have.
