Indeed. Not that his party ever did a damned thing to challenge the sex-related inequality of treatment when in power, they made it even worse.

Indeed. Unctuously paternalistic as they posed as “white knights” at every opportunity. With some exceptions. The irony being that the feminist agenda gets put into action by patriarchs busily signaling their virtue by helping the fairer sex. It would be funny if it wasn’t so damaging.
