It is good Andrew Malkinson has chosen to speak out and highlight the ways in which the Police and CPS railroaded through his case. He deserves support for this. readers may recall that in 2017/18 the Ministry of Justice report, the Criminal Bar Association and even the BBC in a documentary all estimated that 25% of convictions for Rape and sexual assault were “unsound” because the Police and CPS had routinely held back or concealed evidence to achieve convictions. I subsequent years the number of cases going to court fell by 25% . And of course now the feminists in Parliament are busy trying get the Police and CPS to do the same by changing the rules on evidence. There will be many more like Mr. Malkinson who were wrongly convicted in the past, and likely to be so in the future.
