Ex-page three glamour model Samantha Fox says David Cassidy (RIP) grabbed her breasts and put hand up her skirt in restaurant toilet

Can anyone seriously believe this, allegations made by Samantha Fox 32 years after the supposed incidents, and timed to coincide with a new ‘autobiography’? This isn’t the first sexual assault allegation made by a prominent woman against a dead man to increase book sales, and it won’t be the last. In January we presented Harriet Harman with a Lying Feminist of the Month award – here – for alleging a week before the publication of her book A Woman’s Work, that lecturer Professor TV Sathyamurthy told her she could have a 2.1 degree ‘in return for sleeping with him’, while she was a student at the University of York. The professor died almost 20 years before the publication of Harman’s book.

  1. Mike how could suggest that a long washed up, talentless has-been bimbo would besmirch the name of a much more famous and successful man who cannot defend himself in order to sell a book?

  2. Desperate for the attention (and money) she used to get nearly 40 years ago by virtue of nothing more than chance physical endowment, this superannuated ex pin-up turned dyke adds to the me2ing coincident with publishing a new book – (no, really, what are the chances?) and not content with the basic, now standard, allegation seeks to spice up the confection of lies still further with the juicy bit violent sex that goes:

"Fox said she responded by kneeing him in the crotch and dubbed him a 'creep' ".

Nothing like a bit of sado masochistic fantasy to unwittingly highlight the resentment she feels at losing her youth and power which is at the emotional heart of the matter.

Pity her wits aren’t as big as her tits…

  3. Oh dear. What a shame that the idol of my misspent youth has decided to resort to this low and unimaginative tactic. I had hitherto viewed Sam Fox in a favourable light, crediting her with an insight into gender politics gained from the university of life. How disappointing that she has decided carelessly to abandon the self-respect that all honest women retain, by jumping onto the MeToo bandwagon.
