How could any mother insult a surgeon who attended upon one of her children? This is astonishing. Any normal mother would be grateful for her child having received timely medical attention. However, Mrs Martin has somehow found a way to put all her motherly feelings to one side in order to take offence over an utterly trivial remark. This is beyond belief.
shes upset because she couldn’t attend and that life was able to go on without her.
she has realised that her husband is more than capable of doing tasks like this and that she has lost an element of control( over her children and her husband perhaps)
I’ve seen people like this, an overwhelming majority( see how I used the feminist framing language for DA?) are mothers who are very controlling over their children. ready to complain if the man doesn’t do enough to help with the childcare, and then when they do, they change the rules( the behavior of a dominator abuser).
sorry to say this, but can anyone see this couple eventually breaking up?
