186 prisoners took their own lives between October 2013 and September 2015 – 53 per cent higher than previous two years

Our thanks to H for this. The article in the Mirror doesn’t reveal the gender balance of the 186 ‘people’ who committed suicide. From previous statistics we can safely assume more than 95% will be men, not a matter worth mentioning in the article, then.

  1. Cry me a river. >buries face in hands and sniggers theatrically<

Meanwhile, in the real world women are having their tax credits cut, having to go to the CSA because their former partners refuse to pay maintenance for other men's children and being fined for buying cigarettes, booze, make-up and jewellery instead of a television licence. Those are real issues, not male suicide, which wouldn't happen if men learned to whine like women.

    Man up and get real.
