Woman who was breastfeeding her baby in Primark admits lying about a (male) security guard taking her baby from her
Our thanks to Nick for this. A magistrate at Leicester Crown Court clearly has a sense of humour:
She was warned she could be jailed when sentenced in December.
How many times have we heard laughable assertions like this?
I’m more likely to be the captain of a Scotland football team winning the next World Cup – after beating Germany 10-0 in the final game – than Caroline Starmer (28) serve a prison sentence. As the mother of a baby who’ll be 14 months old in December, she’ll receive a suspended sentence, and the whole charade will have been an utter waste of taxpayer’s money. Which brings me to a cost saving idea for the Taxpayers’ Alliance to take up:
Why doesn’t the government declare it will stop prosecuting women suspected of having committed criminal offences, and spare us this relentless stream of taxpayer-funded farces?
Mike Buchanan – a vile men’s rights campaigner
My thanks to John for pointing me to a recent piece in The Scotsman. I’m not sure if, as a ‘vile men’s rights campaigner’, I’m accused of being a campaigner for the rights of vile men, the vile rights of men, or being a vile campaigner for men’s rights. No matter.
I always enjoy it when FemiNazis point to our Lying Feminist of the Month awards as evidence of misogyny rather than… er… evidence that feminists lie. They lie with monotonous regularity, as we’ve shown, and they never apologise for lying. I cannot recall an instance of a feminist anywhere in the world having apologised after being caught demonstrably lying, over the past 40 years.
Not one winner of the awards has ever denied she’d lied – but to be fair, nor have winners of the Whiny Feminist of the Month award denied they’re whiny, nor have winners of the Gormless Feminists of the Month award (including employees and supporters of the Fawcett Society) denied they’re gormless. Maybe they have some degree of self-awareness?
Caroline Criado-Perez, interviewed with me by Phillip Schofield on ITV’s This Morning, laughed then accepted she’d won a Lying Feminist of the Month award (one of three she’s won) because she’d lied. Schofield didn’t think it a matter worth pursuing, nor did he ask why she’d laughed after being publicly outed as a liar on national television. She’s since been awarded an OBE – in recognition of her oppression, no doubt.
Shoe0nHead: Shut up and let me tell you why you need feminism
Enjoy. Video (9:12).
Belinda Brown: There’s nothing pro-women about telling girls who can’t remember the night before to cry rape
Our thanks to Denise for pointing us to this. There are a number of points we’d contest, but overall it’s an excellent piece, as we’ve come to expect from Belinda Brown, a frequent contributor to The Conservative Woman.
AVfM autumn membership drive
Out of my limited disposable income, I send $20 to AVfM every month. AVfM is, without doubt, the most influential and most-visited men’s rights advocacy website in the world, and deserves support from everyone with an interest in men’s rights, and any disposable income. A sum every month, or a one-off donation, will make a real difference.
Paul Elam’s new appeal is here.
Shamed teaching assistant, 30, escapes jail after she admitted having sex with a teenage student
Our thanks to Francis for this. The article doesn’t relate whether the boy was 13, 14, or 15.
It’s surely time to rename suspended sentences to reflect what they have long been, ‘pretend sentences’ for women. In many respects women are above the law, and they know it.
Rugby World Cup – Scotland v South Africa
As someone of 50% Scottish extraction – the other 50% is French-Canadian – I was interested to see that Scotland trounced Japan in the Rugby World Cup this afternoon. Japan beat South Africa the other day, which leads inevitably to this conclusion:
Scotland is superior to South Africa at rugby.
No alternative interpretation of the results could be credible. I confidently expect Scotland to beat South Africa by at least 20 points when they meet. Torrential rain in the hours before the game, and during it, might help…
‘Shocking extent’ of female genital mutilation is revealed as more than 1,000 new victims are treated in NHS hospitals in three months
Our thanks to M for this. The ‘new victims’ are, of course, nothing of the sort. They are women who’ve been identified in a period of three months as having undergone FGM at some point in the past – many of them decades ago, probably – due to new reporting regulations. And we know nothing about the proportion who regard themselves as ‘victims’. From the article:
In April 2014, hospitals across England were told to start recording all cases of FGM they identified.
I assume hospitals haven’t been recording all cases of MGM they identified, though MGM too is illegal. An oversight, I’m sure. Another extract:
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), FGM is carried out for social and religious reasons and is an ‘extreme form of discrimination against women’.
Absolute nonsense, as we’d expect of the feminist-infiltrated WHO, which is currently co-funding the circumcision of 20 million men in sub-Saharan Africa, purportedly to slow the spread of AIDS. The scientific evidence in support of this mass butchery of men’s genitals is close to non-existent – it may even accelerate the spread of AIDS. Still, a small price to pay to keep taxpayer-funded professional feminists happy, eh? An insightful video on the matter by 5hadowfax is here.
FGM is overwhelmingly carried out by women, at the behest of women. If it were up to men, FGM would swiftly come to an end – which would be bad news for some professional feminists.
