“The Army’s drive to have a higher percentage of women means reducing its effectiveness as a fighting force. As with the Police, Fire Services and RAF our safety and security is compromised by the application of “DEI”.

“One infantry PTI, who didn’t wish to be named, told the Express.co.uk: “Fitness standards are horrendous, the army is not prepared to fight. It is actually a joke.”

And why is our Army acting in this way to reduce its effectiveness? Well, until 2019 it had higher standards for men than women, but this is in fact unlawful and so it had to adopt a general standard. “Standards have become standardised regardless of gender but current tests require troops to run 400m less whilst being given an increased amount of time to do it within” and the tests changed to an “assessment” that in practice isn’t enforced. No doubt achieving the goal of recruiting and retaining more women. But at the cost of our safety as our Army becomes less fit.

The fiction that women and men are equally physically capable resulting in the reality that our Armed services are less effective.”

Kristina Murkett spent two “exhausting” years teaching English at a mixed comprehensive, then moved to teach at an all-boys independent school which she much enjoyed. She is convinced that, far from being relics from a former age, all-boys schools are needed now more than ever.

“A good example of one of Janice’s observations in her excellent essay is this story. For behind it is the assumption that somehow all males are suspect predators, so this man’s simple kindly action became a “safeguarding” issue in a way that the same casual assistance by a female Ofsted inspector would never have been. The man is assumed to be “guilty” even though the Judge finally ruling on this says he can’t find anything that says there is a “rule” to be broken. In other words the man was found to be “guilty” and sacked even though in fact the employer didn’t know what he was guilty of! In such an atmosphere where one can lose a job and be labelled a threat to children without even doing something against the “rules” it is no wonder the teaching profession finds it hard to recruit men!”

The teaching profession has for decades been edging ever closer to a female monopoly.

“This one simply is outrageous, a female school teacher sexually abuses a boy but then made false sexual assault allegations against him, is sent to prison for 2 years!!!   Making false accusations alone (perverting the course of justice) is punishable with up to life imprisonment. Simply outrageous!!!”
