Sean Bw Parker’s new book, “SOCIETY: Portraits”

Sean Bw Parker is an artist, writer and musician specialising in cultural theory and justice reform. He was a victim of the anti-male criminal injustice system, and has long worked hard for victims of false allegations. His new book SOCIETY: Portraits is available from Amazon in three editions, hardback (£15.90), paperback (£10.60) and Kindle (£3.49).

This is Sean’s tenth book – his Amazon author page is here – and we wish him ever success with it.

Laura Bates’s new book: “The New Age of Sexism: How the AI Revolution is Reinventing Misogyny.”

Laura Bloody-Bates was the founder of The Everyday Sexism Project in 2012, we’ve always referred to it as The Everyday Whining Project. Our awards to her include two Lying Feminist of the Month awards presented over a period of just three months in 2014, here.

Bloody-Bates’s website appeals to the sort of wilting hothouse flowers (like herself) who see sexism and misogyny everywhere and anti-male sexism and misandry nowhere – clearly a projection of their own misandy, which she has denied, as would they, one assumes.

I only met the harpy once, when we were both interviewed “live” soon after I’d launched J4MB. The interviewer was Jeremy Vine for his Radio 2 show, which at the time attracted over seven million listeners. The file (audio, 18:25) is here.

Because of the layout of the studio, Jeremy Vine couldn’t see what was on the desks in front of us. At one point Bloody-Bates was reading out some statistics from notes in front of her (I could see she was) in that wooden voice of hers, when Jeremy Vine interrupted with, “Laura, are you reading from notes?” She denied it, and I’m sorry to this day that I didn’t reveal the truth. I don’t know why I didn’t, maybe misplaced chivalry? It wouldn’t happen today. She has never accepted another invitation to be interviewed with me (or any other MRA, to the ebst of my knowledge). She is, of course, a regular on BBC TV and radio.

At the end of the interview she stood up accused me of sending abusive emails – I hadn’t, only emails to raise her knowledge of some issues. I was patiently relating the truth, whereupon she stamped a foot like a threee-year-old toddler and stormed out of the studio. Vine could only mouth in bewilderment, “Wow!”.

To my mind Bloody-Bates is a child trrapped in anwoman’s body, and could do with some psychiatric help, but of course she’ll never seek it. Easier, by far, to blame men for her angst.

Bloody-Bates libelled a number of MRAs (including myself) in her book Men Who Hate Women. She also lied about attending one of the London mini-conferences. Sadly taking out a libel case is extortionately expensive (her publisher is American) so we had no choice but to let the matter drop. But we made a couple of videos in response to the libel, Elizabeth Hobson created A Challenge to Laura Bates (5:34) while I created Mike Buchanan’s Challenge of Laura Bates (32:19).

‘We’ll burn Jews like Hitler did’, says BBC contributor Samer Elzaenen in Gaza

Appalling (Telegraph, £). Elzaenen has appeared on BBC Arabic more than a dozen times since the conflict erupted and even reported live last month. The article also cites other anti-Jewish “journalists” used by the BBC.

Common words on job adverts that women think are intimidating and too masculine

Our thanks to Jeff for this (Mail, £). The article is written by two female “journalists” and cites “studies” by female “researchers”. Stereotypically masculine words and terms which allegedly intimidate women and disincline them from replying to job adverts include ambition, drive, entrepreneurial spirit, adventurousness, assertiveness, outspokenness and self-reliance. I think the lesson to be taken from this is clear. Employers should include as many of these terms as possible in job adverts.

Shopkeeper Arthur Ferguson, 100, may retire ‘in a year or two’

Inspiring. The end of the BBC piece:

Mr Ferguson is a World War Two veteran who took part in the Burma Campaign, in which Allied forces defeated the Japanese.

He still wakes up six days a week at 07:00 but lays in “a little bit” on Sundays.

Despite being well past retirement age, Mr Ferguson still plays an active part in the business and regularly travels to Manchester to buy new stock.

“I’ve enjoyed my life, it’s been very good,” he said.

“And I’ve got a good family, I have got some wonderful people, we’re all friends together.”

BBC licence fee

Our thanks to Tony for BBC licence fee ‘unenforceable’, says culture secretary (just published) and BBC announces extra support to help people pay for TV Licence (2023). The latter piece concerns the fact that 75% of people prosecuted for not paying the licence fee were women. The BBC’s Gender Disparity Review found that “Societal factors, outside the BBC’s control, remain the significant factors behind the disparity in prosecutions as found in the previous BBC review in 2017.” Of course it couldn’t conclude that women should be held accountable for breaking the law.

Nigel’s response to one of our blog pieces on “Adolescence”

Yesterday we posted a piece titled Women and Equalities Committee to hear from Adolescence producers on misogyny among young men and boys. Our thanks to Nigel for his comments on the piece, which takes up the remainder of this piece:

From the wild Irish slums of the 19th century Eastern seaboard, to the riot-torn suburbs of Los Angeles, there is one unmistakable lesson in American history; a community that allows a large number of men to grow up in broken families, dominated by women, never acquiring any stable relationship to male authority, never acquiring any set of rational expectations about the future — that community asks for and gets chaos. Crime, violence, unrest, disorder — most particularly the furious, unrestrained lashing out at the whole social structure — that is not only to be expected; it is very near to inevitable. And it is richly deserved.”
A follow-up in America magazine to The Negro Family: The Case for National Action (Moynihan of The Moynihan Report, Thomas Meehan, NYT 31 Jul 1966)

This quote from Daniel Patrick Moynihan following his report on the effects of the breakdown in family structures in what we’d now call “Black” families and communities predicted the collapse in those communities, now well evidenced in the stats on crime, incarceration, addiction and illegitimacy and single parents. A decline mirrored in this country in the West Indian community. And in fact reflected in our “sink estates” for “white” communities. 60 years ago the sociological data showed this and today the evidence is so overwhelming that the blindness to it amounts to insanity.

But of course this means there can be no “policy response” to this because it would mean looking closely at the feminist orthodoxy stated so clearly in this country in “The Family Way” by Harriet Harman et al in the 1970s. That the “family” is the mother and her children. And as Moynihan warned this degradation occurs not because of poverty but because the poor are most subjected to public policy through access to welfare, the greater the public welfare offer the greater the influence on the behaviour of people who rely upon it. Such a hard look at reality is impossible while feminism is the “uniparty orthodoxy”. And public policy is driven by feminist principles.

So in this article we read some very real practical problems faced by boys. But of course it then degenerates into considering the prince of darkness Andrew Tate, if only Starmer could drive a wooden stake through Tate’s black heart!

As usual reference is to “influencers” like Tate, but nothing I’ve read ever names any others. Either they don’t exist or, more likely, the journalists and politicians simply repeat the “Tate” mantra and have no idea at all about his supposed legions in a “manosphere”. And of course many boys know of this godlike Andrew Tate, not least because media and teachers have been going on and on about him for years now! So no. Nothing will get done. And we’ll be subjected to those in power tilting at windmills. In a way the good part is taking the idiotic ideology into the schools because it exposes boys and young men to the reality of “diversity and equality” feminism …. that it hates them.
