    Confined to domesticity, this isn’t a problem. Jet engine maintenance, however..? The ‘uglies’ merely amplify the idiocy of a sex-based quota system. She can’t give her best for 1/4 of the month. And, in the absence of selection based on merit, we already don’t know if her best was ever good enough.
