How Generations of Girls Are Pressured to Market Themselves Online | Freya India

Our thanks to Jim for this (video, 42:26). He writes:

“This is a revealing interview of a young Gen Z woman and her experience growing up under feminism and social media.  It’s well worth listening to. A few key points:

  • Young women are not taught about how to relax into a relationship and self-actualise within a marriage and family.
  • Older women are relentlessly warning younger women about the threat of men. This is often through social media posts.
  • Many young women now think men are just accessories for their online profiles.
  • Older women tell younger women to ruthlessly chase their own goals and self- actualisation independent of men.
  • Young women are told there is no value in having children or family.
  • Young women are taught by feminists to hate men and have contempt for men.
  • Told to be a girl boss – women should only focus on their careers.
  • It’s men versus women.”
