Our thanks to Ian for this, on Nigel Farage’s Substack site. Ian writes:
“Nigel has just released a LONG article on ending #twotier Britain which gives hope on ending anti-White male discrimination and bringing back a meritocracy.
Worth a read, although primarily about race rather than gender but implicit is gender discrimination.”

I am so pleased that this correctly identifies the legal framework that underpins discrimination against white men and boys. The Equality Act was introduced with the positive action and public sector equality duty because the Labour Party itself was successfully defeated in court by by a male prospective Parliamentary candidate who challenged the “female only” selection lists they were operating. The Party had discriminated on the basis of sex, and this was illegal. So they had to come up with a new law that made discrimination on the basis of sex legal , the Equality Act. Adding into the process the “Equality Duty” which was suitably imprecise to allow some very dodgy indirect and direct discrimination. For what is the “population” that is to to be “represented”? The local total population? The national population? The population that is served by the public service? The population the service is targeted to deal with? For instance should a police force represent the total population of the UK? Or one of the devolved nations? Or that in the area of each force? Or the population of criminals? And what of the professions that are “dominated” by women (Psychologist for instance) or “Asians” (pharmacy for instance) clearly not “representative” of the general population. As in fact is the case for practically any occupation you can name! The web. of DEI stuff would be immense if the workforce in every occupation is to “represent” the population, or the subdivisions of populations chosen. The nation would simply grind to a halt. Or people would be allocated an occupation and job like in the Soviet Union.

Presently, most disquiet is directed against ‘two-tier policing’, mainly due to the sickening evidence of its existence. But, once offences reach the courts, judges are instructed to dole out harsher sentences to those who are part of the ‘oppressor’ group, identifiable by their pale skin.

Harriet Harman, author of the 2010 Equality Act, which provides means of discriminating against white men, has got form in discriminating against men in general. In 1990, the pamphlet ‘The Family Way’ was published by the Institute For Public Policy Research. Largely authored by Harman, with contributions from feminists Anna Coote and Patricia Hewitt, Harman asserted this:
“It cannot be assumed that males are bound to be an asset in family life, or that the presence of fathers in families is necessarily a means of social cohesion.”

Harriet Harman is a feminist. This dogma drives her objectives. Feminists believe that if the power of white males can be disrupted, women will fill the vacuum. Obviously, between 1990 and 2010, feminists conjured up ‘intersectionality’ as a cynical means of utilising minorities to disempower their target group – white men – all the quicker.

Even back in 2023, when Labour was in opposition, shadow chancellor Anneliese Dodds was explicit about plans to award lucrative Government contracts to ‘diverse-led suppliers’ as soon as Labour were in power.

Andy Burnham didn’t even wait until then. As indicated in Nigel Farage’s substack piece, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority was enthusiastically on-board with giving preference to ‘minority’ suppliers.
Ultimately, both Starmer and Burnham dance to the tune of intersectional feminism. They are two cheeks surrounding the same arsehole.
