Are these people truly that stupid or do they just want attention?

Well they’re not stupid, in the fact that this far their strategy has worked very well for them. And of course they don’t ask men, or even ordinary women , because they know they’d get the wrong answer (think of those surveys that always show women want home children and steady husband and the Forcett Society response is that women need more “education” out of such aspirations) And men aren’t more conservative it’s that young women are more woke. After all it’s conservatives who are chief in the demand that men “step up” ! The truth is that our society makes it really hard to do the traditional things that the majority actually aspire to. And as no one actually listens to ordinary men and tells women they need “more education” when they express traditional aspirations there will be no understanding of real people, real life and even a future , as the birthrate plummets .

Almost five years ago, feminists (like Mary Harrington here) began to be afraid of the consequences of their own feminist actions and #MeToo hysteria. They noticed the comments of some young men as the US withdrew from Afghanistan in August 2021.

Mary Harrington lived most of her adult life in a lesbian feminist commune. By her mid-30s, she realised 1) This wasn’t a great lifestyle. 2) Her biological clock was ticking. 3) She should quickly convince some bloke to marry her.
As a result, she is now a wife and mother. She regularly writes about how great it is to be a wife, a mother and a feminist. Excuse me while I feel sick, and very, very sorry for her husband (tempered by the obvious fact that, like the husbands of Laura Bates, Harriet Harman, and every other feminist shrew under the sun, he bit into the rancid bait). Indulging feminists when they finally reach decision (3) is mankind’s biggest error of the modern age.

In a sense it is men’s tragedy that they can’t have babies. In reality any man aspiring to have offspring has to deal with a woman. It is just the reality that men have to develop thick skins and deal with a whole load of stormy weather and nonsense. Whether or not the woman is a feminist few men will not have to live with some version of neuroticism if they are to form a family. Indeed it’s so “normal” that I expect it would be seen as really unusual if ones female partner was level headed, rational, patient, self effacing and could laugh at themselves. Your probably thinking they were ill.
In the real world, as evidenced by that recent survey of young people, men are far more likely to actually like females than the reverse and to accept them as human beings with faults and virtues. Partly because they have to. Meanwhile females see men as a means to an end and seek an idealised form ….and believe they should never “settle”. They get surprised when “Mr right” doesn’t exist except in fantasy. Think of it has there ever been anything about men who “settle” no. Because that’s the norm for men. We know the rich tall guys get the “,10” and the rest of us will settle for the girl in our “league” . There aren’t whiney articles about it because men are realists and pragmatists if the are to get to reproduce.
Just think of those “where have all the good men gone” whiners, on the shelf because even the realist, pragmatic willing to “settle” men think they’re just not worth it!
