  1. The Corston Report in 2007 established officially two tier Justice in our system as it led to female suspects, defendants and convicted criminals being treated quite differently from men, purely on the basis of their sex. Enshrined in the “Bench Book” it is directly discrimination. Two tiers also appeared in the Grooming gangs as even Labour MPs who raised concerns two decades ago were vilified and the Authorities were complicit in the real “crimewave” that has swept through over 40 towns in Britain. Still the Gov. wriggles and obfuscates as the long overdue Inquiry quietly dies and delays. All the rhetoric about “believe women” meaning nothing at all if you’re the wrong colour of woman. And thinking of “,believe women” a certain Sir Kier was the one who brought it into the legal system as head of the CPS. His successor Alison Saunders leaving under a cloud as multiple reports and Judgements identified 25% of rape convictions being “,unsafe” due to the CPS and Police effectively concealing evidence. Convicting young students after “regretted” sex at the same time as ignoring the Grooming gangs. The two tiers goes far beyond just race. And has been embedded for a long time.

  2. This makes me think of an incident with my late mother, many many years ago. I’d come in from outside, having just missed by moments a downpour of rain. The rain was full on now. ‘It’s raining outside!’ I announced. ‘No it isn’t’ she insisted, not looking up from her work. ‘It’s sunny.’ ‘I’ve just come in! I tell you it’s raining!’ ‘No it isn’t, it’s sunny.’ I knew my mother too well to make an issue out of this. She was quite capable of having a full on argument over something like this, with shouting and yelling and waving of arms. And I wasn’t in the mood. ‘Okay,’ I said, ‘if you insist. It’s sunny.’ Meanwhile, the rain outside continued to fall.

The ruling elite, and their shills in the media, have exactly the same attitude.
