  1. He is right. However in his anger he refers to the murder as “boy” at 23 he wasn’t a boy, nor was his accomplice. What we had was an attack on an 18 year old by two men. One at least armed with a knife. I can’t help but think these facts are as relevant to the course of action taken by the three officers in the scene. They chose to arrest (and make fun of) the 18year old rather than tackle two men.
