Maybe these companies will row back on their DEI recruitment targets, as the obvious way to avoid the substantial fines is not to employ young women!

I did some consulting work for HMPS many years ago. I should be amazed if the privately-run prisons were not contractually obliged to pursue DEI in recruitment and elsewhere.

I,m sure you’re right. Of course the state run Prisons will not have any consequences for their wayward female Prison Officers.
