  1. In ‘Animal Farm’, Napoleon the boar gains political power and collectivises farmland.

Last July, Napoleon the bore gained political power. One of his first acts was to get into bed with Larry Fink of Blackrock. Blackrock make vast profits through (inter alia) snapping up farmland which has come on the market through ‘distress sale’.

Then, all of a sudden, farmers are faced with punitive inheritance taxes.

This stinks. There’s plenty of evidence that it stinks.

Yesterday, there was a ‘Have Your Say’ article on the BBC website about farm inheritance tax. I had my say, eight or nine times, in a perfectly pleasant manner, just asking questions. Removed within seconds, every time.

Frustrated beyond belief, actually e-mailed Matt Goodwin yesterday, but haven’t heard anything further.
