Luck runs out for Blaze Jessop who dodged prison after nasty glass attacks – Leeds Live Of course it wasn’t “luck” but the guidance in the “Bench Book” for Magistrates and Judges which advises they do everything and anything so as to not send a woman to Prison. Having done so twice before its not surprising Blaze both ignored the Probation Service and went on to offend again. After all Labour have promised to close women’s Prisons so it’s inevitable few ,if any, will be imprisoned. Meanwhile they’ve promised to build more for men. Two tier justice? Its written in the Bench Book.
