Group Captain Louise Henton OBE, the blithering idiot in charge of RAF Brize Norton

A recent piece (£) in The Spectator. Louise Henton is in charge of RAF Brize Norton, the base where Palestine Action protesters recently broke unnoticed through the permieter fence to cause millions of pounds worth of damage to Voyager jet engines. She has spent her time in the RAF working in HR (Human Remains). In 2019 she wrote this in an essay for Air and Space Power Review:

“Personality traits such as patriotism and bravery are viewed as desirable within the military. This often encourages overt masculine behaviour amongst its members, therefore stepping outside the norm and challenging the group is often looked down upon and difficult to do.

The task-focused approach can also lead to corners being cut if it is deemed that the ends justify the means, that certain actions or behaviours are tolerated if they achieve the desired result. The danger with this is that such undesirable behaviours, [J4MB: Note the passive-aggressive imperiousness here. She judges the behaviours “undesirable”… so they are, because women are never wrong.] if tolerated for long enough, become the norm and the level of standards gradually erodes… Methods of bonding and creating team cohesiveness within the military often involve pranks and banter, but this isolates those who are different to the norm.” [J4MB: She means women.]

  1. “…methods of bonding and creating team cohesiveness within the military often involve banter…”

Well, we can’t have that, can we? For ‘the military’, please insert any modern day ‘wokeplace’.

Stand back, stand back!! Woman in charge! Wipe that smirk off your face, boy!

If you liked school, you’re gonna love work, where women have made hostile incursion, then found fault in men for simply being there.

  2. I can only say just from that piece alone that Group Captain Henton is in the wrong job and has been severely over promoted( that OBE she has looks worthless now). Writing something inappropriate like that I would expect from a psychology dept in a “progressive” university( eg,, garbage).

Its as if Henton was trying to justify the existence of her position..

I looked at a previous link which showed the GC in an article about the “crossing” along with the estates manager and I can only think if Brize Norton was a base of non importance then the GC has been promoted sideways( Japanese style) to keep her away from the real work because the RAF were too afraid to fire her.

But the base is important and the level of competency has been seen to be wanting. I suspect all of this will eventually be hushed up and maybe she will be moved away somewhere instead of being court-martialled (?) for dereliction of duty.

The armed forces will need severe reforms to understand its purpose and the ethos it requires to serve that purpose. ( kind of like the police as well)… basically clean house.

  3. So bravery and patriotism are “masculine” then, according to the Group Captain. And a task focused approach devoted to achieving mission objectives is presumably verging on toxic masculinity. As is forming team cohesiveness. Presumably her idea Royal Air SERVICE will be peopled by diverse folk unable to form cohesive teams, complete vital tasks, exhibit bravery or indeed patriotism. This may explain why a bunch of posh misfits with a yen for virtue signalling has made the RAF look pathetic, by being unable to keep secure a secure base and equipment, supposedly vital for our protection.

Our enemies must be quaking….. with laughter. And the ministers in the Trump administration must take it as conclusive proof of our unreliability as an ally.
