“shows how deep their thirst for democracy is” Among young women, says a “Professor”. And what shows it? Some noisy demonstrations. But of course noisy demonstrations often aren’t always a good guide. As Starmer’s U Turn showed what actually counts is votes cast. Maybe the 7 candidates for the S Korean Presidency don’t have “Gender” and “women” front and centre in their campaigns because they know their electorate aren’t wanting the things the Professor wants?
