Our thanks to Jeff for this. We ask again, what’s the point of prosecuting women when they’re not going to be punished appropriately, which just encourages other women to break the law?

  1. And the police aren’t going to bother if there is little result. It’s only human nature to put your efforts into things that get results. So police will be reluctant to put in effort specially as official policy is to almost never gaol a woman.
