UNITED STATES: Temujin Ketsu was jailed in 1987 (37 years ago) for the murder of 21-year-old Scott Macklem. One small problem, he was 438 miles away from Macklem at the time of the murder, yet remains in prison. Gretchen Whitmer, lawyer and governor of the state of Michigan, has declined to pardon him for six years.
