  1. When you read the judgement it becomes clear that the Judge has decided to be nice to the daughter, with the deceased man’s money, because she’s a damsel in “distress”. The simple exercise of replacing her name with a Male name and then reading the judgement shows the chasm between the sexes. Such a “son” would be labelled a vain, lazy, waster who should pull himself together, and no doubt not be awarded anything as this would prevent him from getting a job and stop being such a parasite. Two tier law in action.
