Wondering why LA is on fire? The top 3 positions in LA’s fire department are occupied by radical lesbians. They stopped fire training funds to divert to DEI.

  1. Los Angeles is a liberal toilet. The horrible fires here could have been largely preventable and the incompetent leadership of lesbian females is absolutely the cause!!

  2. Locally the shift to get more women into the Fire Service had the result that they had to lower the size and fitness standards for all entrants (otherwise the gap would be massive and probably illegal under the Equality Act). One result was that the Fire service could no longer guarantee it could deploy teams of strong firemen able to lift large weights. Now fires as such are mercifully rarer than they used to be (less Chip Pans and smoking cigarettes) and so in social services one could call on the Fire service to rescue disabled or elderly residents if lifts broke down etc. (being an inner city area most people lived in flats in a variety of typical council blocks or towers) and at work disabled workers had personal safety plans that in the case of fire/lift failures/floods they had refuge areas where they would wait until firefighter got there and carried them downstairs. However all this came to an end with the new “diversity” regime. The practical results being people remained marooned in flats and disabled workers had to rely on mangers (me being one) using rather wobbly tracked chairs to get disabled people down flights of stair because firefighters were not alowed to rescue them. Peviously firefighters would carry people down in their wheelchairs (two big guys), but the regime required them to transfer to the special tracked chair and rely on one volunteer to get it and them down what could be a number of flights. This of course did not inspire confidence and people left ot moved job.

So the equivalent of “dumbing down” had very definite negative effects on the lives and prospects of local disabled people in their homes and work. Not just fires. The firefighters I knew were always willing and often enjoyed offering their help in the ways I described and were dismayed about having to make the changes. The irony being that the DEI in fact had negative effects on the least able “diverse” people who needed the strength of others to assis them with very real practical “barriers”.

  3. I wonder who is going to rebuild LA? Will it be radical lesbian feminists or will it be skilled construction workers, where the DEI brigade aren’t beating down the doors for inclusion and equity?

Let this DEI scourge on meritocracy build their own communes of misery.
