  2. “because of the divorce and the way she was coping with her problems (alcohol, cocaine, gambling” Exactly one can’t imagine any man having these “problems” having them as mitigation. They would be used as evidence of his badness. After all if a man is drunk he can still be fully responsible whereas a woman is not.
