  1. Well to be fair. The current “bench book” advising magistrates and judges is even more generous than this to female perpetrators, explicitly to reduce the numbers going to prison! From what I’ve seen these latest are similar but not so generous for the males.

  2. I hope Reform get in eventually and open a full investigation into the legal profession with consideration of both civil and criminal liability.
