  1. The ‘learning review’ published by South Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership is little more than sesquipedalian gibberish. It shows just how incapable Social Services are of dealing with violent women. ‘Alienating behaviours of implacable hostility’ be buggered. In other words, they report that the man, who hadn’t seen the child for years, shared responsibility for the death with the woman who killed him.

    I could rant on, but it wouldn’t make any difference.
