Well its gynocentrism. Though the Bill is “gender neutral” it will be implemented as VAWG, by the CPS and Police forces. As the article points out there is in fact law against harassing behaviors. And the article is confused in its definitions. Of course MPs will not be seen to vote against something to protect women and girls.

if so my son has encountered more violence and harassment on the streets of london, with no redress

Well, there’s this in the article:
“While targeted at changing behaviour towards women and girls, the proposals will apply equally to men and women.”
Despite that, all the publicity around this matter will be aimed at women, to encourage them to report men’s behaviour.
