Yesterday I posted a piece titled Third of chief constables are now women as police arrest ‘macho canteen culture’ about the outrageous positive discrimination shown to women in the police force from top to bottom. An extract:
Fifteen of the 46 UK forces including British Transport Police are now headed by a woman, the highest since records began and up from just four in 2019, [J4MB emphasis] according to an analysis by The Telegraph.
“DJ RMX” responded with these comments:
Old school policing was based on Deterrence not use or endless threats of force (which BLM complains about). That comes from looking like you could inflict greater violence rather than actually doing it or threatening it.
A six-foot-tall burly man (250+ lbs) with a tall bobby police helmet didn’t have to say or threaten anyone on most occasions. The mere masculine presence alone would deter or make criminals think twice about having a go.
Nowadays, weak, effeminate, short skinny men etc or overweight female dwarfs etc don’t have presence. No-one is afraid of resisting or having a go (at least not traditional 250+ lbs males) and therefore greater use of violence or threats of violence are needed to keep the public in check.
The whole concept of deterrence only works if you look like you could enforce your own rules, boundaries etc without needing to make threats or use force. This is why so many ‘alpha females’ don’t get respect when they walk into a room. They don’t have masculine presence like an alpha male does which is why they complain about ‘impostor syndrome.’
Women can copy from the Alpha Male playbook in terms of success, posture, attitude, behaviour etc but will always be caricatures of the Alpha Male because they will never have the masculine presence that intimidates lesser men and earns mutual respect from bigger, stronger guys.
He makes some good points. My reply to him:
I totally agree with the thrust of your points but I don’t think “imposter syndrome” is quite what you think. I’ve only encountered it as a feminist narrative that explains why women who are capable of doing “x” feel anxious and that they don’t deserve their position (e.g. a senior role). Of course the reality is that increasingly women are in positions they don’t deserve through positive discrimination, a good example being here – they want the respect of a tall burly man but clearly don’t deserve it, because they can’t do some of the things a tall burly man can.
Likewise with prison riots, police raids on drugs dens etc. The female prison / police officers are notable by their absence until the situation is under control, until after risks of injury or even death have been taken by the men, but of course the women demand (and get) the same money as the men. Equal money for less work or effort, the Wimbledon scam, with the added matriarchal privilege of less risk of injury or death. It’s no wonder so many women experience “imposter syndrome”. They ARE imposters – and narcissistic, whiny, greedy, shameless imposters, too.
