A Fish Needs a Bike – Mark Nevin

Mark Nevin is an interesting individual, achieving fame with his work with Fairground Attraction, he has since worked with many impressive names including Kirsty MacColl, Morrissey, Sandy Shaw and Albert Hammond. His songs have been covered many times, by artists including Julio Inglesias, Ringo Starr and David Bowie. Since 1999 he’s been working on a solo career in music and has a prolific output full of great songs including A Fish Needs a Bike (from 2019’s Strike Up the Sally Ann) and his latest release, New World Order.

Not only is Mark Nevin a skilled and fascinating songwriter however, if you check out his Twitter profile you’ll find that he’s also a highly interesting man politically…
