An Objectivist’s Case for Men’s Rights Advocacy

An excellent read from Vernon Meigs documenting his own philosophical evolution; and exploring ideas found within the Men’s Human Rights Movement through an Objectivist lens. Meigs argues that, whilst on the surface glib comparisons can be made between feminism and the MHRM, in reality the philosophies of Objectivism (which is diametrically opposed to feminism) and the MHRM can go ‘hand in hand’.

Meigs writes that he is:

hoping to contribute is a sense of men and boys being esteemed and loved for being men and boys, as individuals that offer the best versions of themselves to the world at no loss and sacrifice to themselves.

I share in the hope that he continues to do so!

Regular followers of this website are aware that neither Mike Buchanan, party leader, nor Elizabeth Hobson, Director of Communications, draw any income from the party’s income streams. We both work very long hours on behalf of men and boys (and the women who love them) so we’re unable to engage in paid employment.

We appeal to those who appreciate our work for financial support to help us meet our living expenses. We’ve set up Patreon pages for this purpose. Mike’s page is here, Elizabeth’s page is here. Thank you for your support.
