As usual, correlation being misrepresented as causation. We know of no longitiudinal studies showing a causal link between increasing gender diversity on boards and corporate financial performance improvement, and plenty showing a causal link with corporate financial performance DECLINE. I’m happy to provide a link to those studies on request.
