Our thanks to Mike P for this. It is likely that more women are responsible for the murders of men than vice versa, when proxy killings are included. How often do the police investigate the possibility of a proxy killing? Rarely, I would imagine, especially when the murderer isn’t tracked down. At the 2018 London conference one of the most memorable talks was that given by Ramon Sosa, My wife thought she’d hired a hitman to kill me for $12,000 (video, 44:09).
