Three days ago I attended a Spectator event in London, accompanied by a very attractive woman (It happens. Not often, but it happens.). The conversation between Douglas Murray (an associate editor of The Spectator) and Lionel Shriver is here (video, 1:36:37).
I can strongly recommend Murray’s recently-published book, The Madness of Crowds: Gender, Race and Identity. The chapter on woman is particularly interesting, making some of the points that MRAs have been making for many years. Murray is an outstanding speaker and writer, we look forward to more from him on the topic of gender issues. Sadly he and Shriver had little to say about gender in the video I’ve linked to, but it’s well worth catching, all the same.
The Spectator is currently offering new subscribers free copies of Murray’s book – here.
