Philip Davies contribution to the second reading of the Domestic Abuse Bill

Given less than seven minutes, Phillip Davies managed to bring much needed balance and give solid suggestions for additions to the definition of domestic abuse in the bill.

He spoke between 16:21:30 and 16:28:10. You can access the live link here and skip back to the relevant moment.

I have taken notes and will be publishing a video breakdown on his contribution this evening.

Well done and thank you to Philip Davies.
