Victoria Atkins MP, Minister for Women – her OUTRAGEOUS response to Philip Davies MP following his remarks on MGM during the International Men’s Day debate

On 29 November 2018, Philip Davies made some powerful points about the illegality of MGM, during his introduction to the debate commemorating International Men’s Day. Elizabeth Hobson published those comments on this blog shortly afterwards, along with a link to the Hansard record – here. The Glass Blind Spot edited the video footage to just the comments Philip made, here (4:27).

Victoria Atkins MP, Minister for Women, committed herself at the end of the debate to responding, and it’s taken her almost six weeks to do so. Her outrageous response is here. It’s full of errors and misleading statements, as we’d expect, including this ludicrous “argument by assertion”:

The practice of male circumcision is not an offence in the UK.

And how about this humdinger?

The UK is a world leader on religious freedom and that means allowing male circumcision under religious rules. But these are qualified rights and the safety of the child must always be the priority.

We hope Philip will respond to the letter with the force it deserves.

White and male UK judiciary ‘from another planet’, says racist, sexist, Lady Hale

As a member of the Supreme Court, Lady Hale was the least qualified to be appointed President, but she was appointed anyway, because vagina. Our thanks to Geoff for a piece published by The Guardian. If for no other reason, click on the link to see a photograph of the woman proudly exhibiting one of her pet caterpillars, on her jacket. An extract:

Women working in law and other professions are increasingly aware and resentful of earning less than men, said Hale, who is the court’s first female president since its creation 10 years ago. She also described the compulsory retirement age of 70 for judges as a “waste of talent”. [J4MB: Hale will be 74 at the end of this month.]

Having been appointed President because of positive discrimination, she says the following:

Lady Hale does not approve of positive discrimination, chiefly because “no one wants to feel they have got the job in any way other than on their own merits”.

It’s always about feelings, isn’t it? The damnable woman shouldn’t have been appointed to the supreme court in the first place. As a feminist, she was always going to focus on corrupting the court by advancing women regardless of merit.

Kristalina Georgieva, toxic feminist, appointed CEO of the World Bank

Our thanks to Douglas for this:

The World Bank is now to be under direct control of a feminist. Jim Yong Kim is stepping down as President and Kristalina Georgieva is stepping up (no glass ceiling for this feminist!).

Kristalina Georgieva has shown herself to have no compunctions about forcing countries to follow feminist dogma.

https://www.politico.eu/article/commission-threatens-hiring-freeze-on-men-if-more-women-dont-get-top-jobs-kristalina-georgieva-gender-equality-europe/

Georgieva has used her considerable influence and the power of other people’s money to bring better health conditions to poor countries – but only for the females;

https://www.project-syndicate.org/commentary/gender-equality-group-of-seven-summit-by-kristalina-georgieva-and-marie-claude-bibeau-2018-06?barrier=accesspaylog

to further the concept that global warming could be prevented if only we had gender (feminist) equality;

and to improve the eduction of people generally, so long as they are female people.

It might not make much difference in practical terms, since the World Bank has been effectively controlled by feminists for over 20 years. However, when you’re the boss of an organisation used to dealing in trillions of dollars, “not much difference” could be even more devastating for the genuine sex equality and sex parity sought by the men’s movement.

Bettina Arndt: Boomers and Sex

Just received from Bettina:

Hi Everyone, We are working hard on an exciting new project – to be announced later this week. It’s really important you all get behind me in this one. We’re hopeful it could make a real difference to government policies on domestic violence.

In the meantime, we’re releasing a quick video based on an interview I did late last year – which was part of a multimedia healthy ageing project on  ‘The Baby Boomers’ Guide to Life in the 21st Century’.

I’m chatting about the Baby Boomers and Sex . I thought my interviewer, Jeff Furolo, did a great job in making our conversation lively and light-hearted. I hope you will enjoy it.

Here’s the link for the video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPBKoEhDGFg

The other news is that #MenToo is selling well. Some of the big outlets like Book Depository are out of stock, temporarily. But that should be sorted soon. We are about to reprint so more supplies will be out in the bookshops in the weeks to come.  Please try to persuade your local bookshop to order in copies. Details of how to obtain the book are on my website – http://www.bettinaarndt.com.au (We know people have had trouble accessing the website in recent months. We are working on a big revamp of this – coming soon. Please be patient and keep trying if you can’t get through.)

I’m also very happy that the publishers are now talking about doing an audio book. I have had many requests for this to happen. Will let you know the details when they are available.

But what really delighted me was that my e-book is the #1 best seller in gender studies on amazon.com.au. Won’t that annoy the feminists!

Until next time.

Cheers, Tina.

Breaking news: Men face MORE discrimination than women according to new research

Our thanks to John for this on RT (formerly “Russia Today”). A less biased media outlet than the BBC, other than possibly with respect to Russia…

Great to see the BIGI Index referenced.
