Paul Elam has just changed the title of his keynote speech at ICMI18 from The men’s rights movement: Past, present, and future, to, Female privilege: Why women should be ashamed of themselves. My own talk title will be, Men’s and boys’ human rights violations will end when female privilege ends. We’ll be saying a lot more about female privilege in the coming years, and why women in general (not only feminists) should be ashamed of themselves, for not challenging the assaults on men’s and boys’ human rights which are a direct consequence of their privilege.
About Mike Buchanan
Mike Buchanan is an anti-feminist British men's rights activist (MRA). He led this political party since its launch in 2013 until May 2020, then handed over the leadership to Elizabeth Hobson and became the party chairman.
J4MB remains the only party in the English-speaking world campaigning for the human rights of men and boys on many fronts. Those rights are assaulted by states' actions and inactions in many areas, almost always to privilege women and girls. 20 such areas were explored in the party's 2015 general election manifesto.
Mike was a business executive for 30 years before taking early retirement in 2010. He's written 10 books and is also a publisher. His last three books have been concerned with gender and gender politics, the most recent being Feminism: the ugly truth (2016).
