Outstanding. And of course Justine Greening, our lesbian Education Secretary and Minister for Women & Equalities, does not see the education gender gap as a problem to be addressed. To Greening and other feminists, it’s something to be celebrated.

Justice for Men & Boys 
In my case for many years I was vaguely aware that my boys got a tougher ride in school than my daughter and thought it likely emphasis on course work favoured girls who tended to decorate their work and readily seek help. However there was nothing to alert me to how systematic this is and the baleful consequences for large numbers. Frankly I was ignorant until the last UCAS CEO started highlighting the actual stats and how these were reflective of similar throughout the education system. This is the importance of such figures, they put some urgency into something people know something of but assume a much lesser scale. Now I’d been interested in men’s issues from the mid 1990s so you’d think I’d have been “on the ball”. I wasn’t and I think this is true of many people who may be vaguely aware of stuff but not aware of extent. Hence I’m sure the determination to conceal this gross inequality within a new confusing measure. Over 9% fewer males get a go at a university than females each year! If the sexes were reversed we’d be endlessly bombarded.
