    I also chuckled hearing that the Womens ‘Equality’ Party don’t like the idea of women being treated equally to men under the law.
    Well you PC mobs, this is exactly what you’ve asked for.

        Yes indeed. Sufficient complaints, followed by a freedom of Information request and letters to the right MPs, might draw public attention to the gender sentencing gap and the predilection of women MPs and public servants for sexually discriminatory acts and practices.

  2. I’m of the opinion that the revised sentence is only slightly less lenient than the original. With time on remand, if any, and good beaviour she could be out in less than a year. She should have been sentenced to ten years, served in full. What she did undermines the entire penal system; what deterrent is 32 months to others in future?

    We can at least draw comfort from the knowledge that ‘pleading the belly’ isn’t automatically a passe partout for female criminals and that some time can be served for the worst of them.

    Hats off, again, to the tireless Mr Davies.
