Ironic that I saw the report reported by the BBC on the same day as this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-stoke-staffordshire-40739654 An extreme example of a mother using a child to get back at the father.
I note that having ramped up the number of contested contact cases that include accusations of DV (remembering the accusation is enough) to receive legal aid. Theis dodgy data is now used to suggest that in most contested cases the father is an abuser.
