  3. The BBC, the most feminist broadcasters in the world, has had no legal cases for pay discrimination brought against it so therefore there is no pay discrimination. The case for discrimination lost recent was for age discrimination where an older women was replaced by a younger woman. However they have sacked a presenter for being male and imposed quotas and barred many people from applying for jobs because of their diversity policies.They may now only be down on fair minded people but they have no quotas for that.

    Facebook has 71 genders but when it comes to pay why is it there are only 2 genders. And why is it that only the gender, based on all available factual data, which works the most hours, with the most experience, are the biggest risk takers, and most innovative has to take a pay cut because of feminist misandry.

    There is not a gender pay gap, but it appears a gender talent gap at the BBC. Broadcasters, actors , and writers should get paid on talent, personality, experience and knowledge not for gender. This appears to the case here. Whether any of them are worth the level of money is a different argument altogether. None of these salaries give hours worked or years of experience so are utterly useless for comparison.

    All these highly paid women should bring a legal case if they can prove inequality otherwise it is just an unsubstantiated smear letter. The push for non merit based pay and rewards can only be bad for the future regardless the gender of the staff.

    With Dr Who, we have already seen the move to have ALL main roles played by women. Why not go the whole hog and say only women can be employed by the BBC. That would solve the gender pay gap over night, apart for all the others listed on Facebook that is. That is some diversity matrix to solve by 2020.
