Our thanks to Mike P for this (audio, 0:50, with an associated brief article).
I’ve been interviewed by Julia Hartley-Brewer on three or four occasions, and each time she was impressively well-informed, far more so than any other radio or TV interviewer I’ve encountered since we launched the party over four years ago. My favourite interview with her is this (audio, 7:50) recorded less than a month after the party’s launch. She’d gone to the trouble of reading our manifesto consultation document beforehand, and her comments on it were welcome.
When Julia appears on Question Time, she invariably speaks more sense than all the other panelists combined.
If everyone who read this gave us just £1 – or even better, £1 monthly – we could change the world. Click here to make a difference. Thanks.

JHB has also spoken out about the idiotic Emma Watson on Talk Radio who gave this statement ;
“Our presenter was criticised last week for mocking Watson’s Vanity Fair cover shoot, which sees the Harry Potter actress and prominent feminist posing in a see-through top.
Julia began today’s show by telling listeners she’d “somehow become the subject of news stories today regarding an ACTRESS (my capitals) called Emma Watson,” adding:
You and I know her as Hermione from Harry Potter….”
Julia joked that people need to keep up with the changing rules of feminism, which now stipulate that “if a photograph with women with lots of breasts on display is in a magazine like Vanity Fair then it’s called art and empowerment. On page 3 of the Sun, of course, its exploitation.”…….
JHB clearly has her head screwed on, and has that not universal quality
integrity too.

I was confident that PD might win but the news that the Greens have ‘stood down’ in favour of the WEP has convinced me that he has no chance. Misogyny swept aside by a tide of green vagina: ooh, it dunt bear thinkin’ abaht.

So does Bennett care about male victims of domestic violence or not?, her refusal to answer the question speaks volumes.
