Our retreat in a large log-built house 8,000 feet up in the Rocky Mountains, with Paul Elam and others, is proving both productive and pleasurable. This morning it was warm, with bright sunshine, this afternoon it’s snowing hard.
Our thanks to Martin for some good news. Let’s hope this is just the first of a raft of measures from the Trump administration stripping feminists of funding.
If everyone who read this gave us just £1 – or even better, £1 monthly – we could change the world. Click here to make a difference. Thanks.

Very good news indeed – if it comes to pass.
It’s more than time the run of feeble, corrupt lefty administrations like Obama’s and Clinton’s were put into reverse.
Trouble is this new policy has a few hurdles – like Congress – to jump yet before it’s realised, and Trump has already had one initiative thwarted so soon into his presidency, so it’s a wait and see situation still.
“…..cutting funds for the Office of Global Women’s Issues would have “dire consequences for millions of people, as well as our global standing”…
Oxfam the self serving bureaucracy whined.
Heaven forfend that ‘Their Global Standing’ be tarnished.
Now that really might have ‘dire consequences’,
– for them.
Perhaps they would be somewhat mollified if the money were to be transferred instead to the Office of Global Men’s Issues?
But wait……

Oxfam, oh dear. Their credibility went out of the window back in the early 90’s.
I’m surprised they’re still allowed to function.
