Pregnant women should be discharged from the Services.
It’s as simple as that.
I will be charitable and say it should not be automatically regarded as dishonourable as it used to be, but given that many of these women deliberately get pregnant to avoid unpleasant or dangerous duty, and that civilian medical staff have to come out to escort them home, that option should remain.

Perhaps the solution will be to encourage more men to “self identify” as women. Or women to get a huge boost of male hormones?
To fill the “quota” and still be a fighting force.
