Personally, I have high hopes for Trump.
That he will be able to reverse the previous, apparently unending, slide into the politically correct swamp of gender politics with it’s undermining of free speech, free thought and free-dom.
Comparisons with Brexit (a convenient but ugly abbreviation) are very appropriate since both his election and the vote to leave the EUSSR (Russian president Putin said the EU is a worse dictatorship than the Soviet Union!) show the people’s democratic, if belated, rejection of the politcal elite’s contempt for them in a highly satisfactory way.
