I am struggling to recall but wasn’t it Sweden that was in the news a few years back for gender equity in their Fire Brigade? I seem to recall that they had some large forest fires but all the firefighters at the sharp end were male. Seemed that the feminists liked dressing up in the uniforms but didn’t like the idea of turning up in them for the hazardous aspects.
